Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 August 2026

This policy explains what JmartsHub Creator Center collects, why, and who else sees it. It describes what the product actually does — every company named below is one your data really passes through.

Creator Center is operated by Jmarts Hub LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("JmartsHub", "we", "us"), which is the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at support@jmartshub.com about anything on this page.

What we collect

Information you give us

Information collected automatically

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Why we use it

Who else processes your data

We use the following companies to run Creator Center. Each receives only what it needs for the job listed.

CompanyWhat it doesWhat it receives
Supabase (US) Database and sign-in Your account details and everything in your workspace except uploaded files
Cloudflare (US) Hosting, and file storage (R2) The files you upload, and ordinary web request logs
Stripe (US) Payments and subscriptions Your name, email, billing address and card details — the card is entered on Stripe's own page and never reaches us
OpenAI (US) Drafting titles, descriptions and scripts when you ask it to Only the project text you are generating from — the title, script and brief for that project
Resend (US) Sending service emails Your email address and the message itself
Amazon (Product Advertising API) Reading product details from a link you paste The product link or search terms — not your identity
Google / YouTube (Data API) Reading public details of a video you paste The video ID — not your identity

On AI generating. Text is sent to OpenAI only at the moment you press a generate button, and your uploaded files are never sent at all. Data sharing is switched off on our OpenAI account, so nothing you generate is used to train OpenAI's models. OpenAI retains API requests briefly for abuse monitoring and then deletes them.

Where your data lives

Our database and file storage are hosted in the United States. If you are outside the US, using Creator Center means your information is transferred there.

How long we keep it

Archived files are yours. When you archive an asset, the file is handed back to your own drive and we stop holding it. Only the record of it — name, thumbnail, which project it belonged to — stays in your workspace.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the UK, EU, or a US state with a privacy law such as California, you also have the right to object to certain processing and to complain to your local regulator.

To exercise any of these, email support@jmartshub.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed and never visible to us. Access to each workspace is enforced at the database level, so one customer's data cannot be read by another. Card numbers never touch our servers. No system is perfect, and we will tell affected customers promptly if a breach ever puts their data at risk.

Children

Creator Center is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy materially we will email account owners before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
