Terms of Service
Last updated 15 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Jmarts Hub LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("JmartsHub", "we", "us"), for using JmartsHub Creator Center. By creating a workspace you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.
1. What the service is
Creator Center is a workspace for planning and producing videos: projects, scripts, files, checklists, affiliate links, upload settings and a calendar, shared with the people you invite.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate details.
- You are responsible for what happens under your login. Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.
- The person who creates a workspace is its owner. The owner controls the subscription, and can make others admins or members with narrower access.
3. Your content stays yours
You keep every right you have in the videos, scripts, footage, images and text you put into Creator Center. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, display it back to you and to the people you have shared it with, and to process it through the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
Your content is not used to train AI models — not by us, and not by OpenAI, where data sharing is switched off on our account. We never sell your content or show it to anyone outside your workspace. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is sent where.
4. Subscriptions, trials and payment
- Paid packages are sold per workspace. A second workspace is a separate subscription.
- New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. We take a card at the start so nothing is interrupted when the trial ends, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
- After the trial the subscription renews automatically — monthly or yearly, whichever you chose — until you cancel.
- Prices shown on our site exclude tax. The exact total, including any tax for your location, is shown at checkout before you confirm.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax and VAT.
- We may change prices, but not for a subscription already running: existing customers get at least 30 days' notice by email, and the new price applies from the next renewal.
5. Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing, or on Stripe's billing page. Your workspace keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that it becomes inactive. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Limits and storage
Each package includes a number of channels, people and gigabytes of storage. When you reach a limit, adding more is blocked until you free space or move up a package — we do not delete anything to make room. Archiving an asset hands the file back to your own drive and frees the space; archiving is unlimited on every package.
7. What you must not do
- Break the law, or infringe someone else's copyright or other rights.
- Upload malware, or try to break into other customers' workspaces or our systems.
- Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
- Use the AI features to produce content that is unlawful, or that impersonates a real person deceptively.
You are responsible for complying with the rules of the platforms you publish to, and with disclosure laws for affiliate links — including the FTC's rules in the US. Creator Center helps you place a disclosure; whether it is adequate is your call.
8. AI-generated content
Titles, descriptions, tags and scripts drafted by the AI features are a starting point. They can be wrong, generic or unsuitable. Check anything before you publish it. We are not responsible for the consequences of publishing AI-drafted text unreviewed, and we make no promise that generated content is original or free of third-party rights.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk. Except where the law or a serious breach prevents it, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
10. Availability
We work to keep Creator Center running but do not promise a specific uptime. The service is provided "as is", and we exclude implied warranties to the extent the law allows. Planned maintenance that will interrupt the service is announced in advance where we reasonably can.
11. Keep your own copies
Creator Center is not a backup service. We take reasonable care and our providers keep redundant copies, but you should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — particularly master footage.
12. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Creator Center at any time. On cancellation your content is kept for 60 days so you can return or ask for an export, then may be permanently deleted.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account owners at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Utah have exclusive jurisdiction — except where consumer law in your own country gives you rights you cannot be deprived of.
