Refund Policy

Last updated 15 August 2026

The short version. Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial and nothing is charged during it, so you can find out whether Creator Center suits you before paying anything. If you are charged and something has gone wrong, email us — we would rather refund you than argue.

The free trial

A new workspace gets 14 days free. We take a card at the start so the service does not stop the moment the trial ends, but no charge is made during those 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never billed.

The trial is for first-time workspaces. A workspace that has subscribed before starts billing immediately when it subscribes again.

Monthly subscriptions

Cancel any time. Your workspace keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for, and is not charged again. We do not automatically refund part-months, because you keep the service for the whole period you paid for.

Yearly subscriptions

If you cancel a yearly subscription within 30 days of the charge, ask us and we will refund it in full. After 30 days the year runs to its end and is not refunded, but you can cancel at any point to stop it renewing.

When we will refund you anyway

Ask, and we will refund, in any of these cases:

Changing package mid-cycle

Moving up a package charges the difference for the rest of the current period. Moving down credits the unused difference against your next invoice. These adjustments are calculated by Stripe and appear on your invoice; they are not paid out as cash.

How to ask

Email support@jmartshub.com from the address on the account, and say which workspace and which charge. We aim to answer within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Consumer law in your country may give you rights beyond this policy — including, in the UK and EU, a statutory cooling-off period. Nothing here takes those away.

Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record, so a charge may appear on your statement with Stripe's descriptor. Refunds are still arranged through us.
